最近留意到旺角雅蘭中心新開左間「點心廊」,係由入廚近50年的前喜來登酒店天寶閣總廚陳小麒師傅主理。媽媽最鍾意就係食點心,於是星期日的晚上一家人就黎左呢度食晚飯!點心廊的門面金碧輝煌,頗具氣派。內裡裝修設計都好新派,甚有日式茶室風味,座位寬敞,空間感十足菜單上既有傳統古法點心,亦有部分加入創意元素嘅特色點心,口味非常獨特!就連蒸籠都係特別嘅粉紅色荔枝玫瑰茶餐廳除咗有經典香片或普洱選擇之外,仲有呢個玫瑰荔枝茶,散發着陣陣荔枝玫瑰香金箔墨汁蟹粉鮮蝦餃普通鮮蝦餃就食得多,呢個墨汁蟹粉鮮蝦餃面上加咗金箔做點綴,用料矜貴!墨汁蝦餃外皮其實冇咩味,但裏面就有好多蟹粉同鮮蝦肉,調味適中韮王滑蛋鮮蝦腸粉腸粉外皮好滑溜,裡面除咗有大大隻爽口彈牙嘅鮮蝦,仲有嫩滑煎蛋,口味特別酸辣雲吞湯雲吞有三隻,皮薄餡靚,都幾大粒!酸辣湯好足料,辣度十足,唔食得辣嘅要小心黑蒜鳳爪排骨飯鳳爪排骨飯用石頭鍋呈上,有保溫作用。排骨肥瘦適中,醃得入味,同鳳爪係最佳嘅配搭,底下嘅白飯吸收晒鳳爪排骨嘅精華!旁邊仲有甜甜又有益的黑蒜,好正啊龍蝦湯蒸鮮竹卷鮮竹卷餡料豐富,以素菜餡為主,感覺清淡唔油膩,用龍蝦上湯浸住,充滿着龍蝦鮮味大地魚未
