承接上文,來到《烤製菜式》最後一款:烤海鮮,絕對可以說是一客大堆頭之作。成品除了半隻波士頓龍蝦外,還包括有紅皇帝蝦、藍青口、鱸魚及帶子,實在非常之豐富。龍蝦肉厚多汁;皇帝蝦質嫩鮮甜;藍青口吃下去香嫩柔滑;鱸魚烤得皮脆肉嫩、魚油滿載;而即烤帶子看起來肥大肉厚,更惹來無數垂涎目光。至於《精選配菜》,其實花款也多不勝數,與烤海鮮相比,陣容亦不遑多讓。先說這桶炸薯條配岩鹽,迷迭香及 Old Bay 調味粉,薯條即席製作,新鮮熱辣,入口薯香滿溢,多吃也不覺滯。而其他配菜還包括有濃郁惹味的忌廉菠菜,香氣泗溢的蒜香牛油炒磨菇和細嫩清甜的蒸蘆筍,伴 creamy 的荷蘭醬同吃,入口濃厚香滑,味道一流。最後來到終極登場的《甜品》環節,這款棉花糖夾心餅配軟朱古力撻及全麥餅雪糕,據說是外國傳統營火晚會必備的甜食。朱古力夾心餅入口薄滑香脆,配合鬆軟微焦的棉花糖,香甜又充滿童真,搭上麥香充足的全麥餅雪糕,口感清新不膩。至於這客賣相繽紛的青檸芝士蛋糕配時令鮮莓及薑糖雪糕,蛋糕以青檸為主調,每層再鋪上不同的食材如忌廉、煉奶和果醬等製作,吃起來口感幼細酸甜,伴以超級 refreshing 的薑糖雪糕,既帶出青檸的清新
