To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開始返四人飯聚局後,好多餐廳叫做吊鹽水,總好過只做外賣生意。酒店勉強仲有 Staycation 或者隔離酒店服務頂住下,但始終都要求變。沙田帝都酒店玉庭中菜廳,係自己比錢都會去,當日外傭約滿同佢餞行,都係選擇「玉庭」。今次將日式火鍋元素融入「玉庭」,未嘗不是一個新概念,因為記憶所及,餐廳從未提供過火鍋。畢竟地方夠大,就算是卡座,四位坐都好闊落。精緻刺身拼盤 (期間限定送出)今次「極尚涮涮鍋」真係精銳盡出,刺身一般人都以為係Buffet質素,但「玉庭」卻是從同酒店的「櫻田」日本餐廳,取來甜蝦、赤貝、帶子、八爪魚及法國蠔,單係這個拼盤,已經值幾百蚊。甜蝦及赤貝爽甜味鮮,帶子軟綿,仲有肥美法國生蠔,作為前菜的確令人欲罷不能。千呼萬喚主角終於出場。就先由全日鮮($2088)講起。份量有波士頓龍蝦2隻、南非孔雀鮑魚4隻、大蜆8隻及北海道帶子8件。波士頓龍蝦是游水貨,蝦頭滿有蝦膏,淥熟後肉質雪白爽彈,新鮮已勝過一切。鮑魚成隻手掌心大小,上檯時仍在徐徐蠕動,所以要淥耐些少,吃起來質地煙韌,用筷子食有點手忙腳亂,建議大家轉用刀叉會就手得多。帶子又係誇張,隻隻成吋厚,完全係刺身級數,鮮嫩到一個點。其實食

講真,份量及數量夠晒澎湃,計落有娃娃菜、小棠菜、番茄、青菊、南瓜、蕃薯、小青椒、秋葵、京葱、大根、冬菇、杏鮑菇、金針菇及稻庭烏冬,足足十四、五樣,仲要唔係得少少,胃口細啲,基本上食菜已經夠飽。

至於鮮人參雞湯,用上半隻雞,鮮甜中帶有鮮人參的甘味,又瀰漫著木魚的幽香,嗯!真的不錯。

如果不喜歡上述兩款口味,仲有野菌舞茸湯($108)、鯛魚濃湯($158)、番茄鮮蝦濃湯($188)及北海道3.6牛乳蟹湯($198),種類真的多完化。

日本清酒

同行朋友想喝上兩杯,今次就來了「久美の浦-純米吟釀(京都) Kyoto」($280/300ml),米香未算突出,但有淡淡的哈蜜瓜的馥郁香氣,相當易入喉,好啱女士品嚐。
