To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因爸爸喜愛這裡的出品，所以已是第四次到這裡吃慶祝節日的家庭飯了。是次點了以下食物：■ 化皮乳豬件香脆可口。■ 薑葱生煲生夠鮮，薑葱雖只是配菜，唯吸收了汁夠晒美味。■ 西蘭花蝦膠鱈魚件鱈魚件內混了蝦膠在其中，口感特別的一道菜式。■ 粉絲中蝦煲粉絲吸收了蝦味，超級吸引。蝦夠大隻，亦夠鮮味。■ 燒鵝皮脆肉嫩，水準之作。■ 鵝肝肉鬆炒飯炒飯夠乾身，混了鵝肝肉鬆在內，味道有層次，好味道。因是次為慶祝母親節，酒店亦一如以往很窩心地送了杏仁芒果卷給我們慶祝。😋😋
