To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下雨天，悠閒到九龍海逸酒店的corner cafe 食蛋糕飲杯咖啡，咖啡用了意大利品牌的illy ,中深烘焙的咖啡豆，香惹的nutty 味，我點了一杯大size coffee ($78)不用放牛奶都覺得超正，現在已經停賣切件裝的芒果拿破崙，真是有點可惜，店員介紹了我試下熱賣的芒果班蘭蛋糕($55)，果然不負眾望，芒果肉非常香甜又晤酸，保留到芒果的肉汁，忌廉、芒果肉與班蘭海綿蛋糕相間了幾層，賣相層次分明鮮豔，相當吸引，每口幼滑香軟的鮮忌廉再夾了班蘭的清香，芒果肉在口腔內爆出芒果的鮮香，真是倍感滋味在心頭🤗🥰
