《御名軒》聽聞呢間餐樓有私房菜食,今日就同咗公司同事去試下!佢好近地鐵站,出去轉左就到!🥢冰鎮南非鮑魚(2隻,$78/1)呢個冰鎮鮑魚賣相勁靚!擺盤有啲似食緊日式料理咁!鮑魚食落有爽口彈牙,佢仲要上菜時已經預先切好細分,幾有心思!🥢京式片皮鴨(半隻,$88)佢有一隻同半隻揀,我地叫咗半隻~ 半隻份量唔多,岩2-3人食~ 片皮鴨好香好脆口!同埋幾鍾意佢個北京填鴨醬!可惜配菜有點少~ 🥢大花尾龍躉兩味($268)兩味分別係翡翠炒斑球同埋雲耳蒸斑球腩~ 前者用咗西蘭花炒炸斑球,後者就用雲耳蒸~ 我就鍾意炸多啲🤣 因為香口啲~ 但蒸既鮮味就會比較出,幾鮮甜好味!
