Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

燈紅麻辣鍋⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️有大豆芽有雲耳有乾辣椒有紅棗,真材實料絕不欺場,味道多層次而變化多端。咸酸菜胡椒豬肚鍋⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️有芹菜的清香,酸菜開胃醒腦,彈彈豬肚完全入味,烚完大量蔬菜的胡椒湯更加清甜可口。鴛鴦鍋不用加錢,只收一個鍋價錢,收較貴那個收費。酒吧打邊爐好食到不停講粗口,除牛類外其他全部滿分,就連麻辣湯都要飲幾碗,欲罷不能﹗

白鱔片⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️第一碟刀功超卓白裡透紅,明亮閃耀立立令﹗涮兩涮肥美皮脆肉彈,鱔脂甘香甜美無比,鮮到世界盡頭﹗白鱔片⭐️⭐️第二碟瘦削薄切不夠肥美不彈牙,沒什麼鱔脂,而且雪到乾爭爭白雪雪,看得見的瘦削帶韌。

花雕雞子⭐️⭐️⭐️沒有新鮮本地蛋香濃濃的雞子,就算只有雪蔵火雞子都食住先頂住癮先﹗花雕杞子去腥除嗅恰到好處,帶出鮮味而不帶澀,酒醇陣陣清香﹗要格外留神不要烚爆使肉汁流失,整粒塞入嘴仔內爆,汁液飛射流滿整個空間,回味無窮﹗

台灣鴨血⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️絕對不是坊間平價膠盒裝,估計係布包成形。全部掉到靚湯中沉澱一下,必須耐心地等待,讓湯汁完完全全滲透其中,浸到飽滿軟軟脹卜卜就大功告成﹗輕輕一咬滑彈入味爆汁,小心燙嘴﹗麻辣惹味刺激,提味提鮮,兩者夾得天衣無縫。真心要配麻辣湯才能發揮其潛能,跟雞湯或其他燉湯格格不入,而且會有陣陣血腥味。

魚肚⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️索盡濃郁胡椒湯或麻辣湯爆汁微爽回味再回味。野生竹笙⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️雪白的肌膚,滑嘟嘟掉到滾湯中自由浮沉,耐心讓她索盡精華。浸得滾熱辣就立即享用,厚身完整高檔次,爽脆味香濃,沒有投訴的機會。

手切騸牯黃牛吊籠⭐️薄衣衣瘦猛猛腍啤啤淡茂茂,沒怎樣感受得到牛脂牛甜。手切本地牛頸脊,略厭切得太薄口感不足,薄切滑嘟嘟少少牛甜味少少油花香,大注大注幾塊幾塊一齊塞入嘴仔更美味﹗皇帝菜⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️爽甜到彷似剛剛從後花園擇出黎一樣,那獨特的芳香菜甜真的引人入勝,翠嫩多汁迷倒萬千食家﹗西洋菜,翠綠鮮爽甜得利害,特濃西洋菜味無可抵抗。掉到雞湯裡,立即變成極香濃西洋菜湯。
