酒鍋坐落於天文台道,本來附近已經是餐廳林立,自從天文台道8號的商廈建成後,更多不同的餐廳進場,而酒鍋亦成其中一份子。今天與柑太一同慶祝阿叔生日,四人一齊到酒鍋十十下店內裝潢古今夾雜,帶點宮廷風味之餘,亦帶有現代化一的面。餐桌很大,四人同坐仍有很多空間,四周很寬敞,燈光適中,唯一是冷氣較強,最好多添一件衣物。我們最出名的選料矜貴的「酒鍋頂級佛跳牆」一個4人佛跳牆套餐,雖然每位要收438,但事後食完真係覺得物有所值侍應送上大大個宮廷鍋,打開後有大量湯料,包括花膠、鮑魚、海蔘等,真係不惜工本。花膠係火鍋食到一半時就已經腍晒,好正好味。等待湯滾時,其他食材都已送上。頂級安格斯牛頸脊食落油脂味重,香味惹味。日本黑毛豬煮耐左都唔會韌,肉質好鮮甜。手工墨丸同蝦丸全部都非常有咬口同彈牙,極正芝士紫菜蝦蟹餃及黑松露蝦蟹餃芝士餃入口有煙韌芝士,而黑松露餃一食就強烈松露攻出來,肉質鮮甜蝦肉膠質重。黃金炸魚皮呢期食得咸蛋魚皮多,估唔到酒鍋都有自己既炸魚皮,上面亦係有咸蛋黃,食落新鮮香脆,味道濃郁。手工紫菜響鈴新鮮即炸,又厚又脆,入湯一滾即上,入口外綿內脆,食到停唔到口。什菌同蔬菜拼盤,份量多,而且用料新鮮。稻
