前身為「霞飛會館」的「霞飛飛」,這間老店和朋友食過幾次,未知轉名後水準如何。前菜小碟是醃菜脯,口感脆脆的,單吃也不會太鹹,消食開胃。上海經典道地名菜四喜烤麩,荀片、冬菇、麵筋、木耳這幾樣食材配搭起來,醬汁完全吸收入味,尤其是麵筋保有的膠質彈性,簡單食材卻做出讓人驚艷的美味。炸過的燻魚不會太乾,口感外酥內嫩,而表面掛滿微甜的醬汁,燻魚皮下脂肪比例較厚,味道甘甜,乾香不柴!回鍋肉一上桌子,色澤紅亮,即時油香四溢,幸好肥而不膩。它的口味特點,入口是先鹹鮮,而後有豆瓣醬、甜麵醬和料酒醬辣香的層次美味。上海粗炒油香飄拂不在話下,調味恰到好處,甜中帶微辣,配菜和肉絲都夠,麵又夠爽,又懷舊又好味。鍋貼外皮香脆可口,帶微微嚼勁,內餡未至於爆餡,但份量適中不會過少。豬肉肉餡香氣十足好惹味,忍不住大口大口食。食到酣暢淋漓,好滿足的一餐。
