To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 可能沒太多人,肚子已餓到打鼓,很快交了單比店員。這是已經有好幾枱人走了,他們全叫我們等會去執野,其他客人也是同樣狀況。我覺得等是必須也非常正常,最後我們選擇了一些配搭,以及店員為我們介的菜式。其實已經食過五六次,每次都保持到水評,添好運必食點心酥皮叉包,香脆,呢個招牌果然名不虛傳!品嚐的時候從面上已經感覺佢哋嗰份滿足感了~ 同北角果間一樣味道,兩個人食埋單岩岩好一舊水,抵~ 唔係咁多酒樓可以做到呢D水準
