To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

給小朋友邀請去ikea 共進午餐，她滿心歡喜原來佢想食兒童餐和飲果汁。一行三人叫了一客「香草三文魚沙律」仍是我喜愛的有新鮮沙律菜的煙三文魚沙律。「酥皮龍蝦羅勒濃湯」濃香美味，小朋友喜愛那酥皮，一起進食好味。「和牛粒青醬意粉」意粉質感好但和牛粒有點酥。「兒童套餐」好便宜呀，只售$19.00 有二件魚柳、薯蓉和粟米，都是小朋友愛吃的，她吃得很滿足，還包一杯飲品。熱咖啡有點苦，鮮榨果汁我選了羽衣甘藍、蘋果、番石榴等綜合味道，不錯喔。
