香港人好鍾意食泰菜,我也不例外,一般我都會去泰國人主理的泰國餐廳,比較正宗地道嘛﹗   這晚,在愉景新城商場逛逛後,就找到泰2.0,有泰國主廚坐陣,質素有保證,而且更可一嚐泰國東北菜呢﹗  聽說東北菜都好辣,這晚就挑戰一下自己的極限吧﹗  冬蔭公湯$128 (大) 是吃泰菜必點的啦﹗湯底混合南薑、檸檬葉、香茅及泰國辣椒等香料熬製而成,並加入大量菇類及蝦隻;趁著冬蔭公湯熱騰騰時喝了幾口,酸辣度十足呢﹗放涼了後,辣味減退,甜度反而更突出,這甜中帶辣的味道更為美味。  泰式皮蛋沙律$68,以流心皮蛋配上腰果、香芹等,再澆上魚露、青檸、南薑和香茅等秘製醬汁,好醒胃的感覺;但我怕太辣,挑走紅辣椒後,把皮蛋等一併放進口中,酸甜中又帶點辣勁,清新開胃﹗  再來多個辣辣菜式,泰式青檸酸辣炸盲鰽$138,將原條新鮮盲鰽先煎後炸,魚身好香脆可口,加上泰國秘製醬汁及新鮮青檸和香茅,集酸甜辣鮮於一身,吃上去比之前菜式的辣度低,惹味。  吃到這裡,已經辣到再嚐不出其他味道了,要來杯泰式青檸梳打$22或芒果椰子沙冰$32為舌頭降降溫呢﹗原個椰青海鮮飯$98 ,好適合椰青粉絲,以混合了椰青水、椰漿及白汁的製成的椰汁

原個椰青海鮮飯$98 ,好適合椰青粉絲,以混合了椰青水、椰漿及白汁的製成的椰汁,再加入椰青肉同炒香,味道層次是提升了,但飯粒卻太濕身,有點糊口呢﹗

最後來個泰式千層糕,班蘭味道好突出,口感煙韌彈牙,唯搭配面層帶鹹味的椰漿,有點吃不慣呢﹗
