To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

[酸辣米線]試新口味，不過有d失望

譚仔又有新口味，今日終於試左呢個最近新出嘅花膠胡椒雞米線 (美線)。花膠同雞嘅數量唔算多，得3塊到，份量有d少。我揀左煳辣湯底，初頭仲擔心煳辣會搶左胡椒雞個味，但完全無，咬落仲食得出個味，不過嫌個雞好似發得太耐，咬落唔似雞嘅口感。至於個花膠，雖然夠爽但有少少腥 味。我今次除左本身嘅餸，仲加左我最愛炸醬，加煳辣米線食真係一流。我個人就覺得呢個新口味無咩特別，最好食始終係個湯本身。下次都係叫返平日d餸好d🙈
