To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

歌賦街，位置不算方便，要爬坡才能到，工作日午餐時段，人流暢旺！主要原因是歌賦街21號，有家九記牛腩！我也是為了九記牛腩，上斜跑到歌賦街，但３次都要排隊，雖然疫情下，幾乎沒有遊客，由等幾十個變成等近十個，但我很懶排隊，就到了旁邊的上海弄堂餛飩，也要等，只等１張枱，也就等了約10分鐘。點了酸辣餛飩麵，１碗有齊我喜歡的酸辣湯、菜肉餛飩、約細的上海麵，酸辣湯很濃稠，小辣偏酸，對我的胃口！菜肉餛飩算大粒，有３粒，餡料多菜少肉，符合均衡飲食的原則！上海麵煮過火了！有點糊，可惜！午市點主食，送冰豆漿，份量不多，但豆味濃郁，好喝！
