To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個又酸又辣嘅午餐，有時食米線始終真係唔太想去選擇，都係想去食譚仔，因為貪佢唔會有太大嘅差別。今日食咗一個腩肉酸辣米線，我諗腩肉酸辣米線係比較普遍多人選擇嘅嘢。因為同台都有另一位都係食一樣嘅嘢。腩肉唔會有好肥嗰個感覺，個皮有少少爽爽地。米線夠食不會半天吊，唔夠飽。而湯底其實我真係覺得鮮味唔錯，但係真係可以減多少少酸辣，因為係冇得選擇大中小嘅，整體來講當然係唔錯啦。
