To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於book到我期待左好耐嘅南海一號啦,餐廳位處尖沙咀iSquare 30同31樓,地段優越不在話下,居高臨下,大地在我腳下嘅感覺就係特別好呀!今次食左Seafood Loves Sake餐,每款中式主菜都會配一款Sake,配搭新穎又有創意!前菜 - 蜜汁叉燒 + 陳皮話梅萵荀 + 白胡椒海哲頭:必食肥美叉燒,加埋酸甜爽脆萵荀同哲頭,即時打開晒味蕾主菜1 - 蠔皇原隻鮑魚:鮑魚味極盛,經典特配醬汁,唔多講,一個字,正!主菜2 - 金榜醬大蝦:接近一隻手掌大的蝦,配上味道類似喇沙嘅濃汁,出奇地配合同好味,好有驚喜主菜3 - 脆米班肉炒飯 + 竹笙釀鮮露荀:無諗過炒飯配脆米係咁好食㗎,加埋大大粒班肉,口感多元有層次,完美收尾每款主菜配嘅Sake,都有專人介紹,同配合食物嘅飲法,今晚試左黑龍九頭龍逸品、月桂冠愛說話的鯨魚、MIYASAKA山田錦純米吟釀,感覺配合食物後真係可以放大左食物,猶其係海鮮嘅鮮味,絕對係好值得一試嘅新玩法
