To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

泰式的海南雞飯是我每趟到泰國的必吃。

「藝廊」的海南雞件保持嫩滑,雞油飯的香味則一般。可喜的是醬汁方面,卻意外地帶有星加坡海南雞飯的特質,甚至做到比不少海南雞飯的專門店更為出色。黑豉油稀稠度剛好,清甜中帶香氣;薑蓉中蔥的比重略高,但鹹度與香氣恰好,而辣椒蒜蓉醬則未夠惹味,令致香氣稍遜。雖然醬汁與泰式的風格大有不同,不過可見醬汁的製作也甚為認真。

三款咖喱分別為牛油雞、咖喱牛肉和咖喱雜菜,每款咖喱有著不同的質感、香氣與食味,味道果然出眾,將咖喱汁配上印度米飯,絕對是最佳拍檔。大抵因為存放時間過長,薄餅質感變得較為繃硬。

分別嘗試了牛肉串、羊扒、海鮮串、巴西薯蓉和烤魚。大部份烤肉的質感均較為繃緊與乾硬,效果平庸。食味較佳的要算是配上白汁的烤魚,魚質緊緻、白汁香濃!

再來一客熱情果芒果雪葩和青檸檸檬雪葩,依舊是我最喜愛的味兒,多吃也不膩。跟著多添瑞士朱古力和榛子各一球,味道令我非常滿意!若不是愈吃愈冷的關係,相信我可再來一 Round 雪糕,要知道 MOVENPICK 是我最愛的雪糕品牌,其魅力真是沒法擋。幾乎每一款味道,也令能我愛上!

「藝廊」的「熱辣 森巴」自助餐,最矚目的反而是 MOVENPICK 雪糕。雖然未能盡享十二款口味,但所嚐到的均是我最深愛的味道,是我當晚最為享受和欣賞的環節。

醉翁之意不在酒,在乎 MOVENPICK 雪糕也!
