To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳都開左一排但都未試過。今朝起身想去食早餐,見到呢度有早餐,就走入去試下。平時星期1至5都食得幾雜,今日就食個粥清清腸胃。坐底睇下個餐牌,選擇唔多。見到有個什豆粥,問左服務員,原來佢地個什豆粥係用十種唔同既豆黎煲,好有營養咁,就一於試下。個粥真係有好多料,好多豆豆,好杰好棉好足料。清清地唔錯又夠飽肚,食完唔會覺得好膩。因為初時驚唔夠飽,仲叫左個撈米粉,又係好足料。本來店主話免費送個有機蕃薯我試下,但係因為太飽,下次再食過。下次可以試下佢地既午餐,晚餐。呢間餐廳話好多食材都係源自佢地自己農場,保證健康。
