To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

重口味之夜

有時做嘢做得耐，係想食啲重口味嘢，今晚就簡左大路三哥，見有新嘢就試試佢。。。。酸麻撈薯粉~叫左小辣，可能因為係撈，所以味道好濃好辣，我下次應該會食番湯米線蒜泥白肉~一如以往，食完唔好咀女友，否則會比人摑一巴，但味道一流重口味豬扒~個名唔太記得，豬扒個肉質唔似肉了，個味比啲咪粉完全遮哂，一舊好重好重口味既豬扒，味道認真麻麻地每每工作辛苦後，食一食重口味食物，換來一絲絲刺激，為生活帶來一點點漣漪。。。
