To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日落超大雨,過左中午都未食飯,落雨狼狽期間見到有間銀龍,不如就入去食d野。剛好2:30下午茶時間。睇睇個餐牌,有很多選擇,叫左一個韭皇叉燒炒蛋飯,諗住穩穩陣陣,再叫杯凍檸茶走甜。過左5分鐘,一碟賣相唔太靚既叉燒炒蛋飯就送上,但其實蛋是炒得可以接受的,質感睇落好明顯用了很多油,點知,咬下第一口炒蛋,感覺非常之咸,我以為是落鹽唔太平均,再食第二口,同樣咁咸,加上中間有豉油,更咸上加咸,叉燒就正正常常,唯有只食叉燒飯。茶餐廳真係咁重味?我第一次見。收盤時,我和伙記講,太咸了,他說會反映一下,反正算了,注定我不是重口味客人,重口味不合適我吧。 炒蛋飯的相片忘記拍下了
