To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日晚到了將軍澳店團和吃拉麵，我點了原味，朋友點了赤王。原來原味也可以加辣，於是我便點了二辛辣。現在過$200會送甜品水玄信餅一件，於是我們另外加了一隻溏心蛋，湊夠二百元。拉麵來了，初初看來湯的份量很少，本身我很喜愛喝湯，但是喝了一口就發現其實給我太多湯也沒有用，因為湯底的味道太鹹了。說真的有點像沾麵，我吃拉麵很喜愛把湯完全喝掉，但這碗湯我實在沒法喝下去。其實味道尚可，只是如果師傅輕手一點不用那麼鹹會比較好。至於辣方面，原來只是加了辣粉而已，而赤王方面就是加了辣油，別有一番濃郁的辛辣味。反而赤王的湯底沒有那麼鹹，但整體來說是重口味的。至於水玄信餅，實在沒有太大期望，普普通通沒有什麼特別。整體來說如果要求不太高的話拉麵是可以的。
