To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

知道五行闊別幾年，喺中環重開，終於搵到時間去試吓▪️五行焦香味噌拉麵 配廣島吉列蠔嚟到梗係要試吓主打嘅五行焦香味噌拉麵，經過熱油高溫烘烤自家秘製嘅味噌醬，湯底好深色，焦香味突出，帶有少少煙熏味，但整體較油膩，而且愈食愈咸，要keep住飲水🫢 麵嘅份量都幾多，而且掛湯。肉有兩塊，唔算好大塊，而且偏肥。其餘配菜有半隻蛋、一片鳴門卷、一小塊紫菜，同少少蔬菜。小食揀咗吉列蠔，炸得酥脆▪️五行焦香醬油沾麵 配手羽先沾麵個湯更加濃稠，亦都更加咸，唯有沾少啲湯嚟食。小食揀咗雞翼，佢係單骨嘅，食起上嚟比較方便五行📍中環遮打道16-20號歷山大廈地庫B2號舖
