To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次都是點招牌紅燒牛肉麵,因為實在太合我這個重口味的人,簡直將我迷惑😆首先,湯底的確香濃且帶點辣,超惹味,味道亦有點像肉骨茶,帶有一點點藥材味道,可能是用上肉來淆湯,有點骨膠黏口感覺,並不似味精湯。其次,麵質彈牙有質感,似刀削麵口感,並非淋淋的漿糊麵或硬條麵。牛𦟌雖然大件,但尚且嫩滑滷得正好。即使並非人間美食但卻配得上為招牌菜👍🏻飲品方面我試了百香果綠茶,味道頗酸並非人人受落。跟餐配一款自選小食,有我喜愛的涼拌茄子,醬汁調得很好,無搶喉的醋酸,份量亦適中。
