To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日遲左少少收工,都唔知食咩好,諗下諗下,不如食下譚仔,好似好耐無食喇,今日食lunch時先同同事講開話大家都唔知道譚仔有得儲分,不過真係要發燒友先可以食到囉,今日心血來潮想食番茄湯底,次次都比酸辣同麻辣吸引左！番茄湯底配炸醬,再加多個尖椒皮蛋,好正😋全部都係濃味既野食,每一啖都有唔同味,番茄湯應該落左少少茄茸,甜甜地,好開胃,炸醬從不馬虎比好多料！而皮蛋呢,我最鍾意佢可以一舊舊成大舊食,唔係一夾就散,辣辣地,岩晒食辣既我同埋唔食辣既fd
