To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去九龍城買茶葉又俾我泊到咪錶位于是去創發食個妟。入到去見到枱面有兩碟咸酸菜及魚仔就知是未叫菜已先俾人打三十大板,盛惠60大元,味道太咸,送粥還可以。先有四杯仔潮洲茶醒吓晨先,都好濃味。問完條大烏頭要成二百八十就即刻唔感亂叫嘢!是關食咗早餐又不太饿,所以叫了二人份的一窩蠔仔粥。蠔仔大隻新鮮,但加埋各樣料就略咸。九菜豬紅好香,但食多幾件都覺得太咸。食完雖然又送上功夫茶,但不貪心冇要怕今晚瞓唔著。不過後悔冇飲,因為咸到好頸渴要走去七仔買支水隊晒佢!目測其他客都過六十歲,似遊客,食得豪氣。可能為咗老人家啲口味先咁重手,其實為健康也不應咁重鈉!再者,哩啲舊式老舖的洗手間必定要經後面好濕的地方,至惨是踎廁,真的不是我杯茶。埋單兩嚿有啲不值!
