尖沙嘴的食肆近年來愈開愈多,時常令人貪新忘舊,已沒有幫襯東來順差不多五年了,今次為好朋友補祝生日,咁就豪一點吧! 今晚點了龍井燻蛋、花生眉豆鹿筋湯、鶴湖蟹影、龍井煙燻鴨及甜點 - 茘枝玫瑰糕 及南瓜菊花榚。龍井燻蛋 - 是東來順必點的小食,鴨蛋吸收了茶葉的香燻味,加上流出的蛋汁,非常美味,多年來仍然保持水準。 花生眉豆鹿筋湯 - 湯底非常香濃,因有鹿筋的緣故,有點膠質,其實很好味,不過我比較喜歡清甜的湯水 鶴湖蟹影 - 簡直美得像個藝術擺設,不過衹是假山及水中的蟹仔可以食。假山由芋頭片捲成,上面擺上一片米通及面上鋪上大閘蟹肉蟹粉,鬆脆的米通加上惹味的蟹粉,正!但最令人感到喜出望外的,大厨將薑茶造成蟹仔啫喱,很可愛啊! 龍井煙燻鴨 - 很濃的煙燻味,不過我覺得有點過鹹,另鴨身在煙燻前炸得過火,有點乾,有點美中不足。甜點 - 茘枝玫瑰糕上層有淡淡的玫瑰花味加上底層下混有香甜的茘枝味,有點微酸,很好食。但南瓜菊花榚就平平無奇,並沒有特別。
