話說重慶大廈 係傳統食咖哩嘅地方,但聽講裡面好雜,你一入到去就會俾唔同嘅印度人拉客過去,所以小弟從來都未上過去。今次做一個實驗睇下係咪咁。一入到去,的確好多印度人拉你去佢餐廳,但只要同佢講你本身想食邊間,原來佢地係會帶你去,呢個體驗好特別。睇下餐牌先入面裝修算幾靚Samosa Chaat 印度旁遮普咖哩角 $75呢個就係將普通嘅咖哩角切碎,然後撈一個充滿香料嘅醬汁。醬汁上面有鷹嘴豆、生洋蔥、番茄,濃烈香料味道,都有少少清新,都幾特別嘅。可以試一次,但一般香港華人,應該習慣食返成個咖哩角。Murgh Malai Tikka 乳酪腰果燒雞 $118Tikka嘅中文係串燒,一般雞肉係紅色果啲Tendori,呢個白色嘅版本無咁常見。呢度係雞肉燒完,點薄荷乳酪醬,係正嘅,但腰果呢?唔知係完全無出現,定無味啦!令呢個感覺好似Kebab 裡面嘅肉咁樣。Fish Tikka 黃辣椒粉燒鯖魚 $148呢個價錢,以為係成條魚,但原來都係魚肉串燒。黃辣椒粉,辟到雪魚嘅味道,所以上枱無明顯腥味,但裡面都係有雪味。選材方面,餐廳要用心啦!Dahi Poori 乳酪炸米餅粒 $75呢個好似章魚小丸子嘅,其實都係印

Dahi Poori 乳酪炸米餅粒 $75
呢個好似章魚小丸子嘅,其實都係印度食物。平時比較常見點酸辣汁,嘅米餅波波叫Panni Poori,今次呢個米餅波波唔係點酸汁,而係淋乳酪,再放少少薯蓉同石榴上去裝飾。乳酪入口好清新,加埋空心嘅米波波,好脆好開胃。但如果擺得耐,波波變腍,真係會超似小丸子,同埋會幾飽肚,一樣嘢有兩種口感。

Lemon Rice 檸檬炒飯 $88
本來見呢個配搭少見,以試伏嘅心態試,但原來呢個炒飯超有驚喜。上枱見到係濕濕地,用好多香料用印度長米炒嘅印度炒飯Biryani 。開頭以為係會有一個檸檬醬,原來係炒飯上面擠少少檸檬汁,一樣有香料味,但加左檸檬汁之後,弱化同融合,會令個飯易入口左好多。

芒果味乳酪,正常發揮,都係比較甜。可能我地叫嘅嘢唔夠辣,搭唔到解辣嘅效果。

士多啤梨味比較少見,但一樣好甜。
