To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五晚想食印度嘢,心血來潮一闖重慶大廈😆。不過我哋事前當然做足功課,上網搵定食邊間,見到「珍珠皇宮印度餐廳」訂枱有85折就試吓。一踏入大廈,就有一眾印度餐廳嘅宣傳單張遞到面前🙈,好彩見到珍珠皇宮嘅代表,然後就跟隨佢上一樓。餐廳環境乾淨整齊,並無一大浸味,另外仲有得睇世界杯添,哈哈。店員們幾親切,而且好似識用廣東話溝通👍。餐牌設計圖文並茂,最重要係有中文,咁就唔使查字典或者求其揀。Tandoori Platter混合肉燒烤拼盤($178),印度燒烤出名香口,用鐵板盛上,熱辣辣🔥。拼盤蘊含四款肉,包括印度燒雞、免治羊肉卷、烤魚塊同埋乳酪腰果汁燒雞,每款各兩件。🍗燒雞有兩款口味,一濃一淡,我鍾意乳酪汁嗰款多啲,大大啖肉。🐟烤魚塊蘸上黃椒粉,魚肉滿有彈性。羊肉卷用免治肉整成,富香料味,羊羶味適中。Butter Chicken牛油烤雞($108),🥘呢款咖喱汁好惹味,並混入蕃茄同乳酪,辣度溫和兼唔會太重口味。但如果鍾意食辣,就應該要揀第款喇。🐔無骨雞件約有十嚿,肉質細嫩,同燒雞唔同,係另一番風味。Palak Paneer芝士菠菜($88),我並唔係第一次食呢道菜式,不過餐廳嘅出品令人印象深刻,

Palak Paneer芝士菠菜($88),我並唔係第一次食呢道菜式,不過餐廳嘅出品令人印象深刻,因為菠菜份量多🌿,打得夠溶,唔會過稀,食食吓仲滲出微微辣,就咁食或者伴薄餅食都得。同時,佢加入咗洋蔥粒同茅屋芝士🧀,食落口感唔單調。

Kesar Kulf印度番紅花杏仁雪糕($55),店員留意住我哋幾時食完主菜,就主動適時送上甜品。🍨印度雪糕口感偏淋,冰感一般。佢係由煉奶整成,所以甜甜的🥛,帶點杏仁香,都OK。番紅花味道唔出,但就化身成天然嘅食用色素作點綴。
