To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近我去咗重慶大廈食晚飯，一入到重慶大廈已經被熱情嘅印度人包圍，遞上唔同餐廳嘅單張，我哋揀咗一間印度素菜餐廳，佢有兩個舖位，座位好舒適🙂餐牌花多眼亂，好多選擇，樣樣都想試呀😍雜錦燒烤 Tandoori Vegetable Platter $150裡面有辣薯蔬菜條，香料味重得嚟又唔會太辣，口感外脆內軟； 香辣薯仔好棉滑，印度芝士鹹香味十足，侍應介紹話係佢哋嘅best menu，有啲配菜冇得散叫，真係好犀利😂南北印度套餐 Deluxe Thali $120依個套餐真係好豐富，有唔同味道嘅素菜，包括微辣嘅咖哩雜菜、少少鹹嘅黃豆湯、乳酪、薯仔煎餅、烤餅。黃豆湯有雜菜粒同薯仔，好飽肚。煎餅好薄好脆，中間仲有薯仔好豐富，加埋尖長嘅印度米飯，好獨有嘅飯香味！素菜餃子 Veg Momo餃子皮薄餡多，咬落去好多汁，真係好好味！瑪莎拉奶茶 Masala Tea $20奶茶入面有濃濃的薑味，好香好特別。瑪莎拉鹹奶昔 Masala Chaas $40少少鹹清新又開胃解膩，飲完之後心情都好咗😋整體來講，呢間餐廳真係值得一試，無論係小食定套餐，都可以滿足你嘅味蕾！下次一定要再約埋朋友一齊嚟！評分：最高為5分治癒度
