To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到大型超市血拼了一個上半晝,拼完已經筋疲力盡又肚餓,看見雲桂香就在眼前不遠,到達門口看一看手錶原來已經2:30 ,入座後立即看看餐牌發現有下午茶優惠:$4可加配飲品,心裏已經覺得時間對了!第一次到這兒,酸辣控的我不用猶豫便點了重慶酸辣湯底(中辣)紅薯粉,配微辣炸醬和腐竹。重慶酸辣湯底本身有加醋,入口後第一時間增添食慾,打開胃口。本身很吃辣的我覺得中辣已經足夠。炸醬份量頗多,而且帶點微辣更為惹味!腐竹比較硬身,豆味不算很重,有點失望!紅薯粉很有咬口,份量頗多。其實這個湯底本身已有一些配菜,包括芫茜、花生、鹹菜、榨菜和香蔥,非常豐富!冰凍菊花蜜:屬於沖調飲品,味道足夠,甜甜的又很解渴,推介!
