重慶大廈一直都係印度美食集中嘅地方,要搵好野食首先要做足功課,然後避開門口嘅人群,一野衝入去直達目的地。今次就去咗一樓呢間Swagat,同一般印度餐廳一樣,裝修較為簡約,但同時又充滿印度色彩。餐廳同時得到清真認證,代表所售賣嘅都係合法嘅清真食品。先講講佢嘅烤免治羊肉串(Lamb Seekh Kebab),香料嘅味道十分濃,羊肉完全唔羶,而且唔係太辣,十分惹味。牛油烤雞(Butter Chicken),雞肉十分嫩滑,而個汁甜甜地帶微辣,同個雞十分match。食得印度野基本上都離唔開印度薄餅,我地分別叫左烤餅(Plain Nan)、蒜蓉烤餅(Garlic Nan)同炸牛油鬆餅(Lachha Paranth),每一款都十分香口,而且清楚咁食到麥粉同麵粉嘅香味,配合埋牛油烤雞嘅汁一齊食真係一流。飲品方便當然係飲奶昔(Lassi)啦,芒果奶昔同士多啤梨奶昔同樣細滑,飲得到生果嘅味道之餘亦有奶香。
