中秋節早收工,當然要出街食飯應下節。我同老公今晚揀咗一間川菜新店,唔知會唔會好火辣?店子光鮮企理,有兩排梳化座,坐得幾舒服。菜式有招牌風味、非遺大包、重慶名小吃、重慶麵或米線或米飯套餐、涼菜和特飲,當中並非全部火辣辣,放心!放心!非遺大包有三款,兩鹹一甜,揀咗九園非遺醬肉包($9),熱辣辣,一撇開就勁香。包身好軟熟,內餡有加了馬蹄嘅鮮肉,爽口鮮味,口感豐富,味道濃郁,風味十足。爽口芥末蛤蜊($38) 這個配搭很有特色,是第一次食。蛤蜊好爽口,拌入剛好嘅芥末量,辣得來又唔會嗆喉,又香又好吃!碗豆雜醬麵配應季蔬菜、滷蛋 ($42+$3) 麵條又滑身又有嚼勁,煮得剛好,跟鹹香嘅肉醬和粉綿嘅碗豆拌勻同吃,口感佳,味道美味!應季蔬菜是翠綠爽口嘅西蘭花和弄得入味嘅滷蛋,也不錯!紅燒牛肉飯($58)香辣惹味,牛肉啖啖肉,腍嫩入味,還配了粉綿嘅薯仔。用汁來佐白飯,再加些香辣嘅炸菜,更美味!店子趁中秋節佳每枱送上冰粉一碗($0),真令人甜在心。冰粉滑溜,加了提子乾、山楂餅粒、花生碎等,味道甜美,口感豐富。
