To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前細細個間中都會同家人去食下大排檔，但而家係香港，大排檔都買少見少，今晚食完新匯聚，就令我想起兒時大排檔既風味。潮州蠔餅蠔餅好大塊，係6-8人份量。蠔餅炸得好香脆，麵粉唔多，蠔夠鮮，有蠔味，加魚露食好好味！酥炸大乳鴿乳鴿滋味鮮美，肉質細嫩，size 算大，有肉地，我就至鐘意加淮鹽食！招牌蜜糖薯仔牛柳粒薯仔外脆內軟，食落甜甜地好香口，而且仲有黑椒粒，又甜又辣好開胃。牛柳粒肉質軟嫩，有嚼勁，味道香口！夠鑊氣！清熱健脾薏米水薏米水好清甜，檸檬味重，食完煎炸嘢飲返杯薏米水就冇咁熱氣，夠哂正！
