To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從在上海回來後,一直也很想念華東地區的獨有菜式,特別是會爆汁的小籠包和很開胃的酸辣湯。今次趁著考試後的時間來一趟飯聚,和大學同學到天后品嚐這家「上海弄堂菜肉餛飩」。天后的美食多得很,上海弄堂相比之下顯得毫不出眾,它沒有奪目的戶外招牌,也沒有華麗的裝潢,一切就是平民到不得了。吃的,就是食物的味道,不是環境。酸辣湯,雖然質感不夠濃稠,不過味道夠重,酸、辣之間配合得剛好,而且非常足料,每一口也能品嚐到香菇、木耳、雞絲…大份量足夠四人享用。干煸四季豆,非常油膩的一道菜,但個人卻很喜歡,特別是混在四季豆中的肉碎,用來拌飯簡直是一流!吃上海菜不能缺少的菜飯,不過這家的菜飯質地偏軟和濕潤,未必人人都會喜歡。西洋菜餛飩,一隻大約半個拳頭大,內餡非常飽滿,基本上每人吃兩隻就夠;而餛飩皮是普通北方水餃的厚度,和廣東的那款不同,所以吃慣廣東餛飩的朋友不要用這來做厚薄標準。個人覺得餛飩不算特別,但如果不夠飽的話還是可以點一碗來試。無錫骨,為的是嚐它的汁,甜甜的很合我口味,用來沾餛飩 crossover 一下也不錯,不過汁面那厚厚的油脂實在令我有點卻步。小籠包的皮太厚,而且餡汁不多,做不到爆汁的效果,不過內餡
