To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無去大快活食早餐喇!今日要返珠寶展,的士有排都未到,嘆埋個早餐先!細細個到依家既習慣都係先食扒,後食通粉。太陽蛋雞扒蘿蔔糕,到底點解依家既雞扒可以煮到無晒肉汁又乾又硬架呢?全部雞扒都係焗熟去?皮就非常香喇,不過腍劈劈呢,配埋個茄汁,味道都滿意。太陽蛋,暖暖地啦,味道無問題,好食 ﹗係咪依家仲有唔熱包換依個服務架?蘿蔔糕配辣椒醬好好味喎,進步左,蘿蔔味濃左、蘿蔔絲多左,口感又夠軟墊,好味道。不過依然有點單調,如果加點蝦米、叉燒,就更好食啦。火腿通粉,熱辣辣香濃雞湯底,加包胡椒粉同吃就更美味可口。火腿煎過好香口,有誠意!好味道!讚呀 ﹗通粉合格,彈牙無過腍,配上胡椒雞湯,正 ﹗發現依家好認真地將泡麵放埋上 menu,諗起都驚!以前試過凍滾水浸麵。咁難食,比大陸人食啦 ﹗
