To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先,太興重開後,落單、上菜、追單、收銀都勁慢。落單舉手舉左3分鐘都無人理,OK既,我當你忙,但係明明有兩至3個人見到,仍地都唔理。咁我當你唔係負責落單,但你見到我咁耐都無人理,可以幫我搵人落單嗎?上菜慢就一定啦,但有兩次叫個三文魚炒飯都係燶既,而且係燶到擺係枱面,個人坐直都聞到個燶味,我相信上菜個人都聞到,但都拎比我。另外係我幾欣賞廚師炒燶飯既實力,真係第一、同第二次食燶既炒飯。追單既時候態度勁差,試過坐左半個鐘,野食完,追3次單都未追到杯凍檸茶,杯野到果陣,仲要勁炆咁擺落黎。大佬呀!而家係你欠我,唔係我欠你喎⋯⋯收錢先好野,我係出面企左又係3分鐘以上,無人收錢,入面個個樓面既人望出黎,都無人理。我當分工分得好啦,咁你見到收錢條隊仲長過排隊條隊既,可以搵人黎收住先?明白其他普通樓面員工唔可以黎收銀,但d經理定唔知主任係見到咁既情況,好心就解決下啦!總括黎講,服務勁差,做野慢,態度唔好。但真係會有兩至三個人係做野同態度正常既,而野食水準差過其他分店好多。兩次炒燶飯都足以證明水準,其他野食都唔洗講啦⋯⋯
