娘娘說要帶我去「鋸扒」,但千里迢迢跑到荃灣盡頭, 有點虛脫,幸好,也蠻好吃的。這餐廳特色是一進去是一個賣鮮肉的櫃檯,以重量計算的牛扒各適其適,有點像鯉魚門買海鮮,買完再交給它的廚房烹調一樣,但我們怕麻煩,只鑽了一圈,見識了一下,回來在菜單上挑了兩個主菜,就等吃。先上的是一個超級、極度、十分邪惡的“烤牛骨髓”,roasted bone marrow,它配了幾塊烤麵包,用骨髓當牛油塗在麵包上,比牛油更香。點了牛扒,但有餚無酒確是有點寡,於是加了一杯紅酒。 “Surf and Turf”,有熟成和牛及龍蝦尾,重點是牛,煎得剛好,外脆內粉紅,鮮嫩,牛肉味濃,配了牛油和黑松露荷蘭醬,一個字,「香」!肉香加酒香,完美。
