To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

旺角站📍捌壹壹-一個星期唔食酸菜魚唔心息嘅酸菜魚小姐又出動🐟二訪呢間店鋪，一貫嘅水準👍🏻必食冷鍋酸菜魚（$208）叫左個餐廳推介嘅正常size酸菜魚，今次要左中辣，另外加$10要多碗白飯黎送湯汁🌶😎賣相唔錯，一開始以為份量唔算多，但原來都幾多下😹魚片嫩滑彈牙，無骨啖啖肉，配菜有萵筍、芽菜、金菇同寬粉，份量極多，寬粉直程夾到一碗飯嘅份量出黎！女朋友中意食酸菜，食食下唔小心食到泡椒，辣到飛起🔥🤣中辣黎講今次恰到好處，夠辣亦夠酸，暫時係辣度最滿意嘅一次😹酸辣土豆絲（$75）雖然呢道菜成本唔高，自己係屋企都整到（不過女朋友就係整唔到😹），出面食個鍋氣同爽脆程度真係差好遠！土豆絲夠幼細爽脆，香濃嘅醋味同辣味，送飯一流！炸三鮮餃（$34）餃子炸得香脆，餡料充滿肉汁，配埋甜酸醬好惹味，我一次食左4舊🥟😋女朋友得2舊🤪黑糖糍粑（$35）要左個細size，兩個人食岩岩好！外脆內軟，軟糯有嚼勁，配埋黃豆粉同黑糖醬，停不了口～環境方面，餐廳比較昏暗，食酸菜魚都要有mood😹卡位坐等舒服。午市都全場爆滿！仲有人等位，果然有原因😎
