To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從有一次食過温野菜之後,吃貨對此念念不忘。念念不忘,念念不忘,念念不忘。可能哥仔都聽煩了。Blue Monday! 今日即興又去食!「唔該要牛同豬set丫,要壽喜燒湯底丫,要蕨餅丫。」吃貨坐下即嚷著。雖然有好多吸引的選擇,但這些都是吃貨暫時不能轉換的must-have items。午餐有Set揀,吃貨揀左有澳洲M9和牛牛肩和熊本豬腩肉的Set ($158)。除了主要的牛/豬/雞之外,每個Set都配有:-塩辛薯仔(伴魷魚沙律醬)-北海道昆布湯 (自選其他+$10起) – 吃貨選了壽喜燒-野菜盛合-竹筒免治雞肉-白飯/烏冬-自選飲品 (鮮果汁加$12) – 吃貨選了蘋果蘆薈蜜-單球雪糕 (自選其他甜品+$8) – 吃貨選了抺茶蕨餅伴雪糕簡單實在的一句,就是每一樣都好吃。餐前菜是塩辛薯仔(伴魷魚沙律醬)(上圖右方)。薯仔腍又粉,吃著有種焗薯的感覺。啱晒澱粉質之友。魷魚味道鮮甜,沙律醬(其實是蛋黃醬加牛油)應該是自家製,配撘不錯。一口氣吃掉2粒真想立即再食一次。壽喜燒湯底上去平平無奇。但是配牛的話絶頂合拍,連醬油也不用點。湯底配有日本蛋。用筷子將蛋拌勻,把剛涮好的牛肉醮一下蛋再放入口… …嗯

壽喜燒湯底上去平平無奇。但是配牛的話絶頂合拍,連醬油也不用點。湯底配有日本蛋。用筷子將蛋拌勻,把剛涮好的牛肉醮一下蛋再放入口… …嗯, 牛味足,蛋味夠,肉質亦非常嫩滑,好開心。

熊本豬腩肉被切成薄薄的一片片,所以就算肥膏多也不太有罪惡感。嘻! 好味道,不過和牛搶了focus☺️。

温野菜的野菜其實也只是洋蔥,紅蘿蔔絲,椰菜和菇類。不過味道甜,沒有苦味。香港人有時候在市場買到國內苦味的蔬菜,這個補足了吃貨的小小心靈。

以上加碗白飯一流。

再來一個抺茶蕨餅伴雪糕。蕨餅面上灑滿抺茶粉,吃下煙煙靱靱。加上紅豆和雪糕絶對是可以放在日式甜品店menu上的佳品。

食了2小時,枱面可吃的都清了。滿足、滿意。

哥仔你幾時同我去食呢?
