To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 內容物有前菜、松葉蟹腳、佐賀A5黑毛和牛肉眼、澳洲M9和牛肩肉、美國上級牛肋肉、熊本豚腩肉、蔥竹輪卷、野菜五品盛合、自家製福袋年糕,此外亦配有烏冬/白飯、竹筒免治雞肉半份、單球雪糕和自選飲品,這套餐陣容十分鼎盛呢!

從套餐中的飲品單選了可爾必思,輕甜帶淡淡乳酸香,是薑味汽水以外的好選擇。一式兩客前菜分別是辣醬芝士生菜沙律,辣醬芝士芝味强勁,味道絶對是芝士腐乳的混合體,辣味則渾然不覺。單吃的話,那濃烈的咸香實在是膩得過份,該是日本人的鄉土口味吧,對重口味的我來说是受得來的,若然用來配白飯,相信就会跟腐乳撈飯有異曲同功之妙了。生菜沙律簡單拌以柚子油醋,作為開胃菜感覺清新

九款湯底當中選了我最喜愛的祕傳月見壽喜燒,追加鮮雞蛋一隻(+$8),用蛋汁蘸肉令肉品更滑嫩。壽喜燒湯底濃甜卻不死甜,只是用作涮肉品的話多少會蓋過肉味,還是選別的湯底為佳吧!桌面上早已準備柑橘醋和胡麻醬兩式蘸醬,只是壽喜燒已味濃得可以,也就不用再添加任何汁醬了。

隨後,野菜、肉品、配料全數上桌,雖說野菜有益,但始終還是肉品最為吸引吧! 先由淡味的熊本豚腩肉開始,是上好的五花肉才有的肉脂相間。薄切的關係,輕灼一會便熟了。入口細嫩無渣肉味香甜。豚肉向來是涮涮鍋的配角而已,但這豚腩肉卻是水準之上,很有驚喜。

不過論價值而言,牛肉才是肉品的主角吧! 以等級來區分,最高階的當然是佐賀A5黑毛和牛肉眼吧! 表面佈滿均勻的雪花油脂,撮起一片和牛肉眼,薄可透光正是它美中不足之處,還是厚切一點口感會更好。柔軟的肉質入口即化肉味濃郁,正是我最喜歡的和牛口感! 片數不少,只是薄切的關係兩三口便吃完了,令人有意猶未盡之感。

澳洲M9和牛肩肉也有上佳級數,油花稍遜牛味較濃,也不錯呢。相對而言,上級牛肋肉嚼感和肉香兼備,但珠玉在前,最終還是被比下去了。

侍應送來野菜五品盛合時,說這些野菜都可以生吃。對日本野菜品質一向很有信心,朋友不敢試,我卻勇字當頭,把一片生菜放進口中,清脆的生菜清甜得很水份豐盈,再夾起一片生菜放進湯中一灼,同樣爽脆清甜,椰菜、甘筍絲同樣清爽甜美,很能平衡肉品的膩感。

肉品、野菜是主打,而松葉蟹腳則是錦上添花肉質鮮甜,可惜的是肉身細小,只能過過口癮而已。自家製福袋年糕,腐皮厚實有豆香,而年糕混進野菜是特色也是敗筆,純粹的年糕內餡已夠滋味了,加進野菜反而是多此一舉了吧。竹筒免治雞肉,當中混進雞軟骨,添了口感,但肉味較淡薄,食味一般而已,葱竹輪卷亦驚喜不大

每次吃壽喜鍋,即使飽得不行,總不會錯過最後的烏冬環節。不過送來的不是烏冬而是寬粉,灼後是半透明的有點像蒟蒻麵,煙韌得很之餘也十分掛湯,盡是壽喜燒的甜香,很令人回味呢。最後以一球抹茶雪糕作結,濃濃的抹茶香充滿和風感,每次吃熱呼呼的涮涮鍋,雪糕總是不可缺少的吧!

因着名氣慕名而來,結果也沒有讓我失望呢。
肉品野菜質量兼備,套餐份量亦足,不用擔心吃不飽。
不過人始終是貪心的動物,私心希望香港店能引入「吃到飽」方案,到時便可野菜肉品吃到飽了!
