To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友星期六去食飯，叫左個焗豬扒飯同凍柯華田，個飯啲飯一粒粒，size好似正常米嘅一半似米碎，仲好似煮未熟咁，成個飯好難食！凍華田一般茶餐廳貨色朋友食印尼炒飯，無問佢no comment不過啲侍應服務真係差到惡劣，經理勁黑面，有2個女侍應（尤其帶眼鏡馬尾果個，另一個短髮+肥）真係惡劣到5知點解會請呢啲人？依加轉左menu cut左好多野食，但水準差到咁！？美孚真係無好野食～
