To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 野食差，職員唔識答問題仲要態度差

啲野食好一般，紅燒肉好“鞋”又乾，皮上面仲要全部都係毛。。。食兩餸飯都唔會喇。。。服務態度差，打算使用優惠券，事先問過，職員回覆五點半後可以用，但入座個陣又話六點後先用得，仲怪責我冇睇清楚。。。之後就係咁提入座時間九十分鐘，明明現場都冇乜人啲客人有咩問題問都唔係好情願答，好似煩住佢哋咁；而且啲職員都唔係好識答，成日都要走去問大粒啲個啲感覺似係係一般茶樓食野咁，言過其實，唔會反去，至少唔會反呢間分店
