黎得金牌小龍,當然係要點呢度嘅小籠包啦,小籠包鮮出爐,上枱時熱辣辣,皮薄得黎夠煙韌唔容易穿,餡肉肉質鮮味,小籠包湯汁豐富,點埋醋食就更加鮮味。蝦仁燒賣即係小籠包上面再加隻蝦,咁樣又幾有趣。蝦仁炒飯中規中矩,米用左日本珍珠米,炒至粒粒分明,而蝦都幾大隻,之不過不過味道就淡左少少。雞絲粉皮雞絲好嫩唔會太乾,加埋芝麻醬一齊食係唔錯嘅餐前小食。醉雞酒味幽香醇厚,雞肉嫩滑而且相當濃味,啖啖酒香之餘亦遮蓋不了雞嘅鮮味水晶蛋熱杏仁霜
