今日約咗住北區個朋友食晚飯,朋友介紹一間粉麵小廚。榮光粉麵小廚,位於上水龍琛路34號地舖,即上水滙商場側邊,餐廳除了小菜晚飯亦有麵檔供應中式粉麵,有多張卡位及圓枱方便不同人須要。金牌牛三寶,見到麵檔就忍唔住叫咗,有牛腩、牛筋、金錢肚,炆得好入味。牛腩好稔冇黐牙,牛筋同金錢肚都啱啱好,稔得嚟保持彈性。西蘭花蝦球鮮魷,🍤蝦球魷魚先走油保持鮮味爽脆,西蘭花翠綠蒜蓉炒香,火候十足。金沙蝦球🍤,爽脆嘅大虎蝦球油炸,加上咸蛋黃翻炒,外皮脆卜卜,咸蛋黃好香好乾身,墊底嘅脆米粉都好脆。花膠雞煲翅湯,有花膠、魚翅、雞腳,濃郁與清甜之間,飲落好滑好潤。見隔離枱嘅鎮店小炒皇同金薯蜜椒牛柳粒,好香好有鑊氣,想叫又食唔落,唯有約朋友下次再臨。
