花膠雞煲翅一位$68,每位點一盅燉湯,這個燉湯新鮮即製,要預早落單才不致等太久。燉出來的湯滋補養顏,有雞湯香甜,雞腳的膠原蛋白都煮到湯裏了,還有一大片花膠,真材實料,怪不得這麼多人來喝湯,值得一試。

我們吃得很滿意,除了水煮牛肉味道淡之外,其他炒的、炸的、燉的,都做得非常好,而且價錢經濟,以後可與同事常來。

今晚去左上水探朋友,佢夜晚帶左我地去一間叫榮光既餐廳食飯。一入去發現滿座,看來朋友係常客,一早訂左位,我地被安排到樓上雅座,上層有2間相房,環境好舒服,感覺好似去食私房菜咁。試咗幾道招牌菜,大推蟹籽芥末明蝦球,大蝦球又大又爽,蝦味十足!配上蟹籽芥末醬,喺這個天氣食真係正!呢個花膠雞煲翅湯堅有花膠、魚翅、雞腳,超足料勁抵食,湯料經過長時間燉煮,膠原蛋白都入哂奶白色既湯裡面,湯底濃郁,超好味。榮光D餸碟碟都咁大碟,又超足料,牛仔骨、京都骨同乳鴿都好好味,仲有西蘭花,脆脆的,口感一流。雖然餐廳咁忙,但服務員個個都好有笑容,落單同上菜都好快,真係一流!
