我最鍾意就是一些老字號,這間餐廳是由已故鏞記第二代掌舵人長子打理的燒味專門店。質素應該有點保證,為大家試吓🥰🥰🤩鵝肉鵝皮啡色帶點紅色,代表火候均勻,而且很酥脆,有肉味又有脂肪香味❤️❤️❤️🤩糖心皮蛋說到鏞記,不能不提他們的糖心皮蛋,我特地叫了皮蛋,果然做到糖心效果😍😍冇令我失望🤩滷水豬耳豬耳爽口,滷水味香,作為配料送飯唔錯🤩菜心為了健康,唔食咁多肉,也要叫碟菜哈哈🤩瀨粉雖然瀨粉好像很普通,但這裏的瀨粉經過湯浸了一陣子後,仍然保持彈牙,值得一讚。🤩例湯今天的例湯是紅蘿蔔粟米湯,用料十足☺️☺️

🤩鵝肉
