To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金玉其外既翻身大排檔

昨為街坊，金沙角係度打躉左咁多年，依家由舊式室外通窿大排檔，現在翻身成新派大排檔，緊係要支持下，試下，見都幾多街坊試，咁就試la,都因為好多人，所以都要搭枱，不過唔緊要，如果d野好食，見到餐牌都係嗰d,基本沙嗲牛，雪菜肉絲嗰d,食茶記真係一食個沙嗲牛就知龍定鳳。咁我就叫左左A餐沙嗲牛，走湯，因為我鍾意食撈麵，但選擇真係少，個餐硬配餐包，3.6牛奶炒蛋，冇餐肉，冇火腿，冇腸選擇，一黎到食個炒蛋先，完全唔滑，餐包少少牛油都冇，話晒都收我3字頭價錢，沙嗲牛就中下水平，奶茶都唔係特別出色，真係咁既價錢冇下次lu,諗走再俾多次機會，買個菠蘿油食下，個菠蘿包$6,加塊油竟然要加$6,我心諗，唔緊要，好食就得，等到個菠蘿包到，一咬落去，個皮淋，已經知咩事，冇要求，冇下次
