Cafe 103的早餐雖說是在Ritz-Carlton Staycation之下的附送品, 但説是代表酒店的食肆, 而且又是六星級酒店, 除了無敵海景外, 食物質素也有合理期望. 這裡選擇不少, 但每項菜式的水準令我不禁問——這是正式錄用的酒店早餐嗎?烘焙品冷如凍點, 不太品嚐到牛油香; 點心味道如微波爐點心般, 沒有食材本身的味道, 口感乾而厚; Cold Cut沒有油香, 同樣口感乾如紙; 煙三文魚出油出得太多, 像吃油浸魚多過吃煙三文魚; 雞蛋炒得太老, 豬肉腸同樣乾如肉乾….其他我也不想說, 我想是餐廳的問題, 還是我當日味覺的問題, 再和老婆確定才敢有這樣的Comment.在(曾經)是世界最高的酒店餐廳吃早餐, 高聳入雲的景色和一望無際的海景故然是其賣點, 但作為一家餐廳, 食物才是其初心. 都同樣景色宏偉的酒店自助餐, 我首推越南峴港的InterContinental, 在Citron餐廳的漂浮半空圓形用餐包廂, 品豐豐富而又地道特色的美咪早餐, 看著一望無際的北部灣, 冇得彈.The breakfast buffet from Cafe 103 of Ritz-Carlt

The breakfast buffet from Cafe 103 of Ritz-Carlton is free of charge for staycation. The view is incredible as it is at the second highest hotel in the world. However the quality of cuisine is quite awful. From bakery to cold cut, from cold cut to dim sum, from dim sum to hot dishes, all are not at standard. I know that the view is important but as the restaurant, food quality is the foundation.
