今日過銅鑼灣shopping,利舞台五樓《星海薈》環境正,樓底好高,彎彎長樓梯,好適合婚宴包場,食物水準屬上品,叫咗個升級大閘蟹套餐,兩位起,冰鎮花雕南非鮑魚~花雕酒味道唔錯,爽口煙韌鮑魚夠大隻。蟹黃會生翅~上菜時已經聞到蟹香味道,仲有一排排嘅生翅,正!紫蘇蒸大閘蟹(每隻約五両)~兩位共四隻,啱季節食大閘蟹,由腳食起,充滿蟹膏,啖啖香口,要快手趁熱食啊。川貝海底椰花膠燉鱷魚肉湯~唔吃翅的朋友可以揀飲呢個鱷魚肉湯,一樣足料。生拆蟹肉雲腿扒豆苗~分兩份上,豆苗嫰綠爽口,蟹肉芡汁都打得唔錯。招牌原隻脆皮皇子鴿~拆蟹要快手,新鮮炸起嘅乳鴿香味已贏,皮香肉脆,原隻自己親手拆食,勁可口!蟹粉小籠包~再來蟹粉小籠包,大大隻皮薄餡靚,充滿蟹王,小心流汁、燙口。夠薑汁九層糕~熱辣辣蒸起,煙韌。黑糖薑茶~好夠薑。另外加個菜,海參豆腐煲~今次帶埋阿女,兩個餐加個餸已經好夠食,呢個海參炆得夠淋,豆腐炸香掛上獻汁味道要讚。
