To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為做義工既關係, 路經油塘哩個好少去既地方, 諗住搵間幾好樣既餐廳食個午餐先出發啦.餐廳外觀幾靚, 仲好窩心地用落地隔板間開每張圓枱, 仲有執枱專員.入座仲附送口罩紙套比食客放口罩, 亦會比水兜去洗餐具, 真係令食客多一分安心用餐. 不過...黎得食上海野, 小籠包係必食既, 35蚊有4粒, 好似都幾抵, 店員上菜既時候話薑絲後補, 為免攤凍, 唯有自己醮醋食左先, 有醋蓋住, 都仲有少少怪味, 而我朋友無落醋, 佢話係餿左, 於是我再試一粒無醋既, 只能說豬肉饀唔夠新鮮.再黎係外觀好標緻既東坡肉, 外形好古色古香, 仲提供較剪比你自己剪開黎食, 即係標榜佢係全舊豬肉去處理既. 剪落中心個層, 已經覺得要用好大力去剪, 食落去味道係可以既, 有陣藥材味, 不過舊肉完全似煲湯豬肉既咬口, 仲要一D豬肉味都冇.最後排骨粒湯麵, 抱住失望既心態去繼續食啦, 麵質OK既, 有少少咬口, 又唔會太軟淋淋, 清雞湯都唔會好油, 有少少味道. 排骨粒係多既, 不過都係同煲完湯既肉相約, 外觀會以為佢似係糖醋或醬油之類啦, 點知係完全無味, 雖然好多粒, 但骨多過肉.最尾我係無食晒D排骨既, 雖然係

最尾我係無食晒D排骨既, 雖然係有D浪費食物, 但清得晒其他食物, 已經好對得住間餐廳了, 睇黎肉類方面, 佢需要更加比心機去泡制喇.
